Prefabricated timber framing
There is alot of construction going on around my house at the moment. All the houses i have taken photographs of are situated near the beach and in fairly windy areas therefore consideration in regards to the wind loads and effects from salt water from the beach need to be taken. This building is located on the corner of Martin Street and Cole Street and is a double story home. It's main material used is concrete, being built on a concrete slab and had a varioation of steel and prefabricated timber framework.
